All trademarks, logos and trade names are property of their respective brand holders. Varshaa is in no way associated or related to these brand owners as we are not their authorised distributors and agents. We only deal, trade and carry stocks of designer brands through licensed and official chanels only.

Each offer is a stocklot and is unique and hence is a one time opportunity. We do not deal with regular production but only with stocklots that are ready to ship. Our stocks are sold on first come first serve basis.

We have associates and alliances with dealers of stocklots and also with distributors and stockists through whom we procure and source our goods. Not all times we carry the stocks physically at our end and hence, some of the stocks offered by us are with these stockists and distributors.

All orders must be paid in advance before we ship the goods as this is the payment policy adopted in the stocklot industry. We accept bank wire transfers, credit cards and letter of credit only in case of large volumes of orders. Please check with us on the payment terms for letter of credit.

Caveat Emptor, the buyers expressly agrees that they have excerised full precaution at the time of purchase of merchandise from this website in respect of authenticity and free from any defects whatsoever. However, if there are any defects only, the vendor, that is Varshaa, agrees to indemnify in full for the quantity that is defective to the buyer to the extent that the buyer has paid to the vendor, that is Varshaa, for purchase of such mercandise.

All goods are shipped within 7 days after the funds have been received in our bank. Once shipped we provide the tracking details so that the buyers can check the status of the shipments, unless otherwise stated. All goods are shipped through UPS, Fedex, TNT and DHL except otherwise stated. All shipping and delivery costs are to be borne by the buyers unless otherwise stated.

It is expressly agreed that the buyer is liable for any duties, taxes, local taxes, licence fees, etc. and that Varshaa and or its agents, associates, partners and affiliated companies are not liable for such charges and / or taxes. It is expressly understood that Varshaa and or its agents, associates, partners and affiliated companies are not liable and are not responsible for the customs clearance of the goods shipped as the liability is with the carriers only. Varshaa and or its agents, associates, partners and affiliated companies would not be held responsible for any customs related issues. All our stocks are brand new fresh stocks free from any defects. However, should you have any issues, please contact us as we always have an open ear to our customer queries. Buyers agree that due to the nature of stocklot business all sales are final.

Any returns or complaints relating to the defects of the merchandise should be intmated to the vendor, that is Varshaa, within 48-72 hours from the date of receipt or date of delivery of the merchandise whichever is earlier. Should the intimation not be made by the buyers to vendor,that is Varshaa, any compaints after this would not be acceptable.

However, should the buyer wished to return the goods, the same should be intimated by email to the vendor, that is Varshaa, within 48-72 hours from the date of delivery of receipt of merchandise whichever is earlier. Should the returns be initiated by the buyer within 2-3 days from the date of the receipt of the merchandise, the said merchandise would need to be reshipped back to the vendor, that is Varshaa, at the address intimated by the vendor, that is Varshaa, and such shipping costs would be solely borne by the buyer. The vendor, that is Varshaa, would refund immediately on receipt of the merchandise (which is understood to have been received back by the vendor, that is Varshaa, in its original intact packing as it were shipped to the buyer) the full value. NO RETURNS would be entertained after this period as specifically stated above.
